Supply Chain Consultant

To support a maternity leave coverage, the full-time Talent Supply Chain Consultant will manage the end-to-end MSP process, including recruitment, candidate screening, and supplier engagement, while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment, ensuring alignment with the client's global standard process Screen resumes and coordinate interviews to identify and shortlist suitable candidates Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to meet staffing needs Required Qualifications: Proven recruitment background or equivalent experience Work experience in temporary labor or customer service industries Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English, both reading and writing Familiarity with the Swedish language is considered an advantage Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
