Key Responsibilities

• Direct the resolution of customer queries and issues utilizing typing skills and critical thinking, ensuring swift and effective responses through email and chat communication.
• Manage troubleshooting tasks by applying analytical skills to provide effective solutions and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
• Evaluate operational workflows using critical thinking to identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements for improvement.
• Ensure the quality and precision of processed data and customer interactions by maintaining high standards in data entry and management across multiple systems and databases.
• Oversee the accurate entry, updating, and management of data within the card issuance system, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML procedures.
