Corporate Receptionist

Corporate Reception The Corporate Reception position is full-time, answering a multi-phone line system, greeting and directing visitors/employees and assisting with ad-hoc projects as assigned. Required in-office presence at least 5 days per week. Responsibilities Essential functions include: Answering incoming calls Greeting employees, clients & vendors Forwarding calls to the appropriate person(s) or field offices Providing customer service as it pertains to placing maintenance requests on behalf of employees Assisting with issuing and deactivating access badges to new/terminated employees Completing ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as required Continuously maintaining the unassigned occupant list from WISP for Corporate Campus Buildings Qualifications Minimum education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in an administrative or customer service position preferred Experience with a multi-line switchboard answering high volume calls preferred Skills/Abilities: Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a multi-tasker Detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills MS Office experience preferred Friendly and professional demeanor Ability to relate well to all levels in the organization Core competencies: Build relationships Develop people Lead change Inspire others Think critically Communicate clearly Create accountability Benefits Overview Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. The position is bonus eligible. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
