Senior Planner / Scheduler

About the Team: Responsible for developing, maintaining, and stabilizing the master production schedule to ensure optimal service levels, efficient capacity utilization, and alignment with customer demand. Drives end-to-end production planning across internal operations and external suppliers while balancing inventory, throughput, and operational constraints. What you can look forward to as a Senior Planner/Scheduler: Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand and capacity. Translate demand into feasible production plans while maintaining schedule stability. Adjust schedules based on real-time production performance and disruptions. Ensure adherence to planning horizons and frozen zones. Drive line sequencing priorities to meet customer requirements. Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, attainment, backlog, and inventory. Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Utilize SAP, EDI, and planning tools for scheduling accuracy. Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes.
