Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel RN for the Emergency Room unit. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in the emergency room setting. This position requires strong skills in critical care, patient assessments, and emergency medical interventions. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be prepared to participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency room.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all care activities accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license (state-specific) - Temporary licenses will not be accepted.
• 2+ years of ER specialty experience.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
