Overnight Nurse (RN/LPN) Southwest Fort Wayne, IN $29.50 - 42.50 per hour Please note compensation is based on credentials. Community Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate Overnight Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide quality care to patients in their homes during overnight hours. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working independently while ensuring patients remain safe, comfortable, and supported overnight. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient condition overnight
• Provide skilled nursing care and support
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team members

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Indiana
• 2+ years home health experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
