Direct Support Professional – SUB Supporting Adults, Jackson, NJ Salary Range: $17.86 To $18.86 Hourly Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as SUB Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Jackson, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands‑on support to adults with disabilities in a residential group home setting. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living skills such as cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines. Support residents with hygiene, personal care, and basic medical needs. Foster social skills, coping strategies, and community involvement. Mentor residents in building friendships and gaining independence. Ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
