Assistant Property Manager

Real Property Management NorthStar is a fast-growing property management company based in Rockwall, and we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager who is organized, confident, accountable, and ready to be part of a winning team.

Responsibilities include:

* Assisting with daily property management operations

* Communicating with owners, residents, vendors, and applicants

* Helping coordinate maintenance and follow-up

* Supporting leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals

* Tracking open items and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

* Helping keep the office, systems, and team organized

Requirements:

* Must be based in or near Rockwall, TX

* Valid driver’s license required

* Clean driving record required

* Reliable transportation required

* Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
