Our organization serves as the primary healthcare provider for Madison and its neighboring regions, delivering comprehensive medical services to residents of southeastern Indiana and parts of northern Kentucky, with a primary and secondary catchment area of approximately 60,000. In 2022, we became part of a larger healthcare family based in Louisville, Kentucky. Emphasizing a family-centered approach to care, we offer a wide array of services, including inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, orthopedic, pediatric, cancer care, and intensive care. Our 86-bed facility features a 24/7 emergency department, a heliport for critical care transport, a comprehensive rehabilitation center with aquatic services, a joint replacement program, women's health and maternity services, and a fully integrated cancer care center.

• A sign-on bonus of $60,000 along with a $100,000 recruitment incentive for residents or a $60,000 retention bonus for experienced candidates.

• Full-time schedules available for four days a week or part-time options in an outpatient-only setting.

• Opportunities for continuing medical education (CME) within our organization, with additional funds available for further CME pursuits.

• Our medical group provides dedicated support staff in each office, led by a practice manager, to oversee daily operations such as billing, coding, recruiting, and information services, allowing physicians to concentrate on patient care.

The physician will be tasked with documenting a comprehensive medical history for each patient in the electronic medical record, which includes the chief complaint, current condition, personal history, and family history. They will conduct appropriate physical examinations for each patient and analyze test results and findings to evaluate the patient's medical condition, diagnose any injuries or illnesses, and develop a prognosis.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
