• Proficiency in  finish carpentry , including trim, cabinetry, molding, door/window casing, and hardware installation
• Ability to maintain  quality and precision while working efficiently
• Comfort using power tools, hand tools, and technology
• Dependable, energetic, and team-oriented , with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in  fast-paced, evolving job sites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Qualifications

• Previous  finish carpentry experience required; construction/restoration experience preferred
• Valid  Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Must have a  reliable vehicle and dependable transportation to report to assigned job sites as required
• Ability to pass a  background check
• Ability to pass a  drug test
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to speak and understand English for job-related communication
