Workforce Planning Specialist
OBAN Corporation is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support a federal agency client. The Workforce Planning Specialist will be part of a new centralized shared services model team. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and reporting on current and future staffing needs. Other responsibilities may also include:
- Recruitment and Talent Management
- Strategic Planning
- Workforce Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a federal agency.
- Demonstrated excellence in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports, including workforce analytics, executive reporting, data visualization, performance metrics, and trend analysis to support workforce planning and staffing decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with data management, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SharePoint), including collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting workforce, recruitment, staffing, or operational data to inform organizational decision-making.
- Experience managing workforce-related data repositories and producing analytical products that support forecasting, recruitment planning, position management, workforce optimization, and strategic human capital initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of staff and senior management.
- Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills.
- Certification as a Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
- U.S. Citizen.
