Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks involved in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms with high precision and quality.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials to create cabinetry, framing, shelving, and custom pieces.
• Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
• Inspect and repair doors, windows, flooring, and other structures to maintain safety and aesthetic standards.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently while adhering to company safety guidelines.
• Provide expert advice on material selection, design improvements, and project feasibility to clients and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency during all phases of construction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in remodeling and small handyman projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in carpentry and construction work.
• Excellent understanding of wood properties, construction techniques, and safety regulations.
