Product Coordinator

We're looking for a Product Coordinator to play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating product orders, and working closely with sales and warehouse teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone. Assist customers with product selection, availability, pricing, and order-related questions. Research and recommend parts and solutions based on customer needs and technical specifications. Enter and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Partner with manufacturers to gather technical information, product details, and specifications. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to provide inventory, shipping, and delivery updates. Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records within SAP and other business systems. Process customer payment information accurately and securely. Support inside sales activities and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business growth. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to manage information and prepare documentation. Assist with invoicing, purchasing, order entry, and other administrative functions as needed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales, purchasing, invoicing, or related administrative support roles. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams. Ability to analyze product information, specifications, and technical details to recommend solutions. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Previous SAP experience. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or consumer product environments. Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory processes, or order fulfillment workflows. Experience supporting inside sales or technical customer service teams. Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, manufacturers, and external partners. Work Environment This is a fully onsite position located in Duluth, MN, a collaborative office environment with a close-knit team of approximately five employees. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the role is primarily office-based, occasional visits to the warehouse may be needed to verify inventory or assist with order-related inquiries. The environment is professional, casual, team-oriented, and focused on shared success. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Duluth, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
