Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of laboratory or quality testing experience
- Analytical lab skills (weighing, pipetting, balances, meniscus reading, stir plates)
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Documentation and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Perform routine medical device particulate and laboratory testing
- Collect, analyze, verify, and report test data
- Maintain test records, data files, and documentation
- Troubleshoot testing issues and support investigations
- Assist with failure analysis, CAPA, NCEP, and DDA activities
- Support product/process qualification and validation activities
- Generate change requests and maintain quality documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Support internal/external audits and communicate results to engineering teams
- Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of laboratory, quality, or testing experience
