Permanent Med Surg / ER Registered Nurse - Up to $100K/yr!

Full-Time MedSurg/ER RN

Provide patient-centered care in medical-surgical and emergency settings. Join a close-knit community hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska (or compact state eligibility)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire
• TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required

Preferred Skills:

• Prior MedSurg and/or ER experience
