Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to respond confidently in rapidly evolving situations
• Adaptability and collaborative spirit within multidisciplinary teams
