Lead Electrician

Responsibilities Lead a team of electrical contractors and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective task completion. Serve as the technical authority in electrical systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting support during installation, testing, and commissioning. Manage daily jobsite planning, task allocation, and workflow optimization. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, local code compliance, and project specifications. Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project management teams to resolve onsite challenges and maintain schedule integrity. Evaluate and guide contractor performance, enforcing discipline and productivity. Maintain accurate records of progress, issues, and material usage. Requirements Master-level proficiency in industrial electrical systems, panel wiring, conduit installation, and control circuits. Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in electrical installation with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong ability to read electrical schematics, layouts, and engineering drawings. Assertive, confident leadership with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience working with contractors and managing field execution teams.
