Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

You will support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries-helping them manage pain and regain movement-under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active WV PTA license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions preferred
• Experience with Raintree EMR or ability to learn electronic medical record documentation
• Willingness to sign a 2-year employment commitment clause or repay a pro-rated placement fee if leaving early

Role:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Support treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
• Maintain an efficient schedule with support of AI-driven tools to streamline and reduce documentation time
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
• Work schedule: Days, Monday through Friday
