Required Skills:

• Epic electronic medical record experience
• Proven experience with PA catheters and balloon pumps
• Ability to care for high-acuity ICU patients with a patient ratio of 1:2
• Flexibility to float to other ICUs and SDUs as needed
• Comfort with handling post-op cardiac and transplant recovery patients
• Experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification
• Able to adapt to emergency team assignments and flexible shifts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience managing patients with CVICU conditions, including post-op CABG, valve surgeries, and aortic dissections
• Familiarity with intra-aortic balloon pump procedures
• Experience in transplant recovery for liver, heart, lungs, kidney, and pancreas cases

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a surgical or cardiac ICU setting
• Prior experience with emergency response in critical care environments

Other Requirements:

• Night shift (3x12-hour shifts: 19:15 07:15)
• Willingness to be part of emergency teams under specific unit assignments
• Valid RN license and relevant certifications
• Ability to provide documentation for licensure, certifications, and experience
• Compensation of $53.60/hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit
