Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity - Lakeland, FL

An outstanding chance awaits an Orthopedic Surgeon, preferably with training in Total Joints or Trauma, to become part of a well-established private practice in Lakeland, FL. The organization boasts extensive in-house resources, including MRI, CT, PET scans, and consultation from three musculoskeletal radiologists, alongside a full-service laboratory.

• A large, physician-owned practice featuring over 220 doctors across 20 locations.
• More than 40 specialties supported by a strong internal referral network and a well-established patient base.
• Utilization of EPIC EMR to ensure seamless continuity of care throughout the clinic.
• Eligible for partnership after two years for physicians on the partnership track.

• Advanced diagnostic support, including in-house labs and radiology, along with a built-in referral network.
• Comprehensive administrative support managing staffing, billing, collections, coding, transcription, clinical informatics (EMR), value-based services, quality, and recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Education: M.D. or D.O.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS).
• Completion of a fellowship in Total Joints or Trauma is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
