Job Summary
Seeking a Manufacturing Material Handler II to operate forklifts, assist machinists, and maintain 6S standards in the Rotor Shop. Requires attention to detail, forklift experience, basic math skills, and ability to lift 25 lbs., with a strong work ethic and teamwork focus.
Job Description
- Operate forklift to load and unload material
- Assist machinist with collecting tooling and checking gauge expirations
- Maintain proper 6s throughout the Rotor Shop
- Perform other duties as necessary
Skills Required
- Forklift experience a plus
- Familiarity with JDE
- Attention to detail is critical
- Must work with sense of urgency
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Must support and work in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a frequent basis and be able to work standing and walking most of the day
- Excellent attendance record and solid performance record
- Must have good reading skills and basic math skills
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
Pay Rate/Salary
- Base Compensation: $17.31/hour - $25.96/hour (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.)
