The Production/Engraving Assistant supports daily manufacturing and engraving operations by preparing materials, operating engraving equipment, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with production tasks. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with engraving, marking, and production processes according to customer specifications and work orders.
• Prepare materials, load and unload products, and ensure proper setup for engraving operations.
• Operate and maintain engraving equipment, tools, and production machinery as trained.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or production issues.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed orders for shipment.
• Track production progress and complete required documentation.
• Support team members with additional production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, engraving, or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to read work orders, measurements, and product specifications.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with laser engraving, CNC equipment, or computerized production systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
