Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a leadership opportunity? The Springs of Avalon is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to oversee our dedicated nursing staff and ensure exceptional patient care during weekends.

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN License (Arkansas or compact state)
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
