Job Opportunity: PICU Nurse

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated PICU Nurse to provide outstanding care to critically ill infants and children across various partner hospitals nationwide. In this vital position, you will be responsible for delivering high-acuity bedside care, managing ventilators and intravenous drips, interpreting complex assessments, and responding to emergencies in accordance with PALS protocols.

• Administer high-quality bedside care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Operate and manage ventilators and medication drips effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments and interpret complex medical data.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations using established PALS protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support to families during challenging times.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Current nursing license with specialization in pediatric intensive care.
• Experience in a PICU or similar high-acuity environment.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
