Job Details Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). PRN POSITION Increased rates when medical benefits are waived. This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as an OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Why Step Up Rehab?
