About the role Server Assistants work with servers throughout the meal period by providing any necessary items toguestand helping to keepdiningarea clean and clear. What you will do Assistservers by providing water, bread and butter service,coffeeand tea throughout the meal to guests, replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes andanticipatingguests’ needs before requests are made. Complete opening and closingsideworkas assigned and have all tables set according to standard,checkand set the breakfast station, breakdown any buffets, displays or stations between service or when needed. Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them forspecificnumber ofpersons. Always ensure a clean,neatand organized work area.
