Part-Time Community Associate

Community Associate Address: 2500 Regency Parkway, 27518 Cary, North Carolina The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center. Your responsibilities include preparing the center for opening, handling customer requests such as Wi‑Fi changes, package notifications, and equipment setup, managing calls and invoicing, and ensuring accurate service charges. You’ll take charge of administrative tasks, participate in event planning and communication with the Community Manager, and provide support for networking events and customer inquiries throughout the day.
