Hiring: Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist with strong expertise in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting, and AI-driven data solutions.
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long-term Contract
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Warehouse environments.
- Strong expertise in SQL for complex data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of AI prompting, data synthesis, and emerging AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BI/Data Warehouse solutions.
- Exposure to AI tools, Python/Streamlit, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, government, or similar domains.
