Work Schedule: Weekend Shift — Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm

SUMMARY

The Material Handler supports manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role ensures production departments have the materials they need to meet schedules while maintaining safety, organization, and productivity standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Functions

• Load and unload raw materials from storage areas and deliver materials to designated machines and workstations.

• Transport pallets of parts and raw materials throughout the production floor using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

• Maintain and support production schedules by ensuring timely material availability.

• Assist production teams as needed to support workflow and productivity goals.

• Stack, stage, and organize materials to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operating procedures.

• Promote teamwork, clear communication, and a positive, respectful workplace culture.

• Accurately follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience operating electric and/or propane forklifts.

• 1–2 years of forklift experience preferred.

• Able to successfully pass the company’s forklift certification test.

• Strong attention to safety, organization, and detail.

• Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist where needed to support production demands.

• Ability to stand for 10–12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to support team success across departments.
