Key Responsibilities\n

  • Create individualized treatment plans by conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client.

  • Offer therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay current with mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele focusing on those facing challenges such as stress management, work-life balance, substance abuse, and mental health diagnoses. Our clinic is designed to be a safe space for all individuals, including those experiencing short-term crises and complex long-term conditions. The LPC will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their respective journeys to emotional well-being and personal development.

Qualifications\n

  • Hold a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
