You’ll greet guests, make smoothies to recipe, keep stations ready, follow food safety standards, and help the store run clean, fast, and guest-first.

This Role Is For You If You show up on time and take reliability seriously. You move with urgency when the store gets busy. You want to earn more by learning more. You are coachable and respond well to feedback. You care about serving guests well. You can commit to weekends and holidays. This Role Is Not For You If You prefer slow-paced work with little structure. Your schedule cannot support consistent weekends or holidays. You wait to be told what to do when something needs attention. Feedback feels like criticism instead of fuel. Food safety, cleanliness, and recipe standards feel like overkill. What You’ll Do Every shift, you own our four fundamentals. Clean — Keep every station shift-ready. Cleanliness is how we respect guests and each other. Prep — Follow prep charts accurately so the store is ready to move fast. Blend — Make every smoothie to recipe, fast and right. Our target is smoothie on the blender in 60 seconds. Serve — Greet every guest within 5–10 seconds. Find out what they’re looking for — energy, recovery, weight management, or something that simply tastes great — and help build the right smoothie for them. What We Expect At least 16 years old. Weekend and holiday availability required. Reliable attendance: showing up as scheduled, communicating early when issues arise, and following attendance expectations. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Prior guest service or food service experience preferred, but not required. Top candidates bring urgency, coachability, strong guest-service instincts, a team-first mindset, and the ability to see what needs doing without waiting to be told. What You’ll Earn Base pay starts at $16.27/hr plus tips. Tips are typically an additional $4–$5/hr, bringing estimated starting earnings to $20–$21/hr. Raises are tied to skill development and performance benchmarks, not tenure. Through our PLEDGE Program — Pursue, Learn, Elevate, Deliver, Grow, Excel — your base pay grows as your skills do. TM0: Starting level. TM1: +$1.00/hr after passing your Week 4 written test. TM2: +$0.50/hr after passing your Week 8 practical skills test. TM3: +$0.50/hr after earning ServSafe certification. TM4: +$1.00/hr after completing the advanced test. Total possible: +$3.00/hr above base pay. Fast-Start Bonus: Pass TM1 at 90%+ before Day 30 and earn an extra $100 on top of your raise.
