Extrusion Machine Operator- 3rd shift

We are looking for a skilled Extrusion Operator to set up, monitor, and master our high-precision production lines.

If you have a great eye for detail and love dial-in numbers like temperature, speed, and pressure to create flawless products, especially plastics extrusion/extrusion experience, we want you to hear from you!

What You’ll Do Daily:

• Run the Line: Master the setup, operation, and control of extrusion machinery.

• Own Quality: Inspect finished products to hit strict, exact dimensions every time.

• Keep it Moving: Handle routine cleaning, tool changes (molds/cutters), and quick troubleshooting to keep downtime to zero.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion lines, precisely controlling temperature, pressure, and speed.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure strict dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

• Maintenance & Tooling: Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and tooling changes (molds/cutters).

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
