Production Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience. Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to read a tape measure and work overtime, including occasional Saturdays, based on customer demand. You should be prepared to train on various shifts during your first 90 days and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and results-driven environment. A professional demeanor and the ability to interact positively with teammates are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and manage computer input.
• Assist in the control room.
• Perform general help duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, around the facility.
• Attend weekly team meetings on Tuesdays, 30 minutes before your shift starts.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure team success.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with machine operating, specifically in the corrugated industry.
• Ability to handle material, perform inspections, and manage loading tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in packaging and general labor.
• Proficiency in material handling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $47840.00/yr.
