Lead ETL Data Engineer

Leading a dedicated ETL development team, the full-time Lead ETL Data Engineer will architect and implement data ingestion pipelines using Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, while mentoring developers and ensuring data quality in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the development of ETL and data ingestion processes for migration from GCP BigQuery to SQL-based data warehouses Architect and implement pipelines using modern ETL tools and cloud-native data processing frameworks Train and mentor a team of 4+ ETL developers on best practices and data model design Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum 7 years of hands-on ETL development experience Expertise with modern ETL and reporting/BI tools Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud Dataform and BigQuery Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding teams of 4 or more developers Virtual Vocations Inc
