Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Lander, Wyoming.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating
• Employment Type: Travel

L&D / LDRP RN Travel Contract

Weekly Hours:
• Typically 36 hrs/week (3x12s) unless otherwise specified by facility

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in:

• Labor & Delivery
• LDRP
• Postpartum
• Level 1 Nursery
• OB/GYN
  • Must be comfortable with Antepartum, Triage, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Post-Op OB/GYN patients

Required Certifications:
• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• NRP
• STABLE
• AWHONN

License:
• Active WY RN License or Compact RN License required

Key Responsibilities:
• Circulate C-Sections
• Attend deliveries and assist physicians as needed
• Neonatal assessment and care after delivery
• Fetal monitoring
• Post-operative recovery of OB patients
• Patient and family education
• Medication administration and patient assessments

Additional Information:
• May float to other units as helping hands or sitter based on census
• Must have all certifications attached at submission
• License must be attached to resume
• SageWest coversheet required for submission

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong L&D and postpartum background
• Comfortable caring for both mother and newborn
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
