**Job Title: Sandblaster**
**Location: Smithville, OH**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Shift: 4:30 PM- 1:00 AM overtime would be Sat/Sun**
**Pay is $18/PH, with more experience can start at $20/PH.

**Job Description:**
As a Sandblaster, you will play a crucial role in our production process. The primary responsibilities include:

- **Moving Parts:** Efficiently handle and transport parts within the designated work areas.
- **Operating a Sandblaster:** Utilize sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces of various materials.
- **Shoveling Sand into Units:** Perform tasks related to loading sand into designated units for the sandblasting process.
- **Physical Capabilities:** Must be capable of lifting, bending, and twisting as part of daily duties.
- **Adaptability to Weather Conditions:** Ability to work in various weather conditions, ensuring the completion of tasks even in adverse weather.
- **Training:** No prior experience in sandblasting is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- **Additional Duties:** Willingness to undertake any other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
- Flexibility to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on sandblasting processes.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Friday
- 4:30 am to 1:000 am (Regular schedule)
- overtime would be Saturday/Sunday
