Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Description & Requirements Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Port Carbon, Pennsylvania. This position supports patients in New Castle, PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year. Responsibilities Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. Support patients in New Castle, PA and surrounding areas. Use clinical educators, preceptors, and supervisors to mentor and guide as needed. Self‑manage time and schedule while consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. Provide after‑hours care as part of a 24/7/365 team. Qualifications RN license in the state where you will work. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
