You want more from your job. (That's why you are looking here) Duggan One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a fast-growing HVAC company needing a HVAC Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary:

Serves the company's clients through expert maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.

Essential Functions:

• Basic HVAC installation knowledge
• Basic Electrical knowledge
• Completes paperwork in a neat, timely and accurate manner that reflects all tasks performed for reporting accuracy and future comparison.
• Uses drop cloths to protect client's floors.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home.
• Maintain company vehicle ensuring that it is clean on both the inside and the outside at all times.

Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry.
• EPA certification.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Must have a good driving record, clean background and pass drug screening.

Suggested Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Must possess industry and territory knowledge. Must be self-motivated, self-started, results driven individual. Dependable transportation Compensation: $50,999.00 - $69,999.00 per year
