Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. We are currently looking to hire full-time servers for our upcoming golf season. Mornings and nights are available. Workdays are Tuesdays through Sundays. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus. Compensation $12.00 - $18 per hour plus gratuities. Key Responsibilities Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describe specials of the day to guests; answer questions regarding any menu item and offer suggestions when appropriate Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques Practice tray service for all food and beverage service Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position Other Qualifications Regular and reliable attendance Benefits for Qualified Associates Medical Vision PTO 401(k) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
