Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Houston, Texas. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services in an outpatient setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, valid and active license for the state of Texas, and successful completion of the specified minimum experience requirement of 0 years
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously, highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy preferred
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizing clinical reasoning for treatment planning, maintaining accurate medical records, participating in student programs, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Candidates must adhere to state practice acts, regulatory agency requirements, and organizational performance improvement initiatives. Professional behavior and ethical standards must be maintained at all times.
