As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love. We believe exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers, which is why we've created a supportive, caregiver-first culture where you'll feel respected, appreciated, and empowered to succeed.As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that enhances each client's quality of life while promoting safety, independence, and dignity.Responsibilities include:Assist with personal care and activities of daily livingProvide companionship and emotional supportPrepare meals and assist with light housekeepingOffer medication remindersProvide transportation to appointments and errandsAssist with mobility and safe transfersSupport individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditionsPromote safety, comfort, dignity, and independenceBuild meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their familiesQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license requiredReliable vehicle with current auto insuranceAbility to pass a background checkCompassionate, dependable, and professional attitudePrevious caregiving experience is preferred but not requiredPaid training provided for qualified candidatesCompensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourOur mission is to ensure a better quality of life, for both our clients and their families, by providing dependable and affordable care at a moment's notice.
