RN II

Houston Methodist seeks an experienced RN II to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care within our nationally recognized health system. In this role, you will manage a complex patient assignment, performing comprehensive assessments, developing and updating care plans, and administering medications and treatments using evidence-based practices. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and ensure safe discharges. RN IIs serve as clinical resources, precept new staff, and actively participate in quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives.
