Monday Friday, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available

On-call/Callback:
Preference to providers who will take weeknight or weekend pager call

Travel/Lodging:
Will do mileage/rental car and lodging if needed

Types of Cases/Procedures:

General, neuro, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, GI, thoracic, vascular, ENT, peds, plastics, robotics, endo, podiatry
Cardiac capable or interested in cardiac training available
Starting OB CRNA program training available for those interested in OB

EMR System:
EPIC

Interview Process:
Will interview with site chief

Privileging Process:
60-90 days
