Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, efficiency in multi-tasking, and a strong team-player mentality.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients, manage the check-in and check-out process, and ensure all patient information is accurate.Handle dental insurance verification, collect co-payments, and manage billing inquiries.Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.Communicate with referring offices and follow up with patients as necessary.Prepare daily schedules for the clinical team and ensure all appointments are properly coordinated.Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and daily office operations.Qualifications:Dental insurance verification experienceStrong phone experience and professional telephone etiquetteAppointment scheduling experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to workDress Code / Uniform: Black scrubsSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:40 AM – 4:30 PMBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
