We welcome you to join us in our commitment to holistic wellness and personalized medicine.The Maintenance Facilities Technician II is responsible for assisting in and overseeing the safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance activities associated with general maintenance and repair of the facility, HVAC, dock equipment, minor repair of electrical devices, plumbing, warehouse equipment, and security. This position manages and/or performs work across a range of areas including refurbishment of buildings and facilities, preventative and reparative maintenance of company buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment, and oversight of work related to electric maintenance, mechanics, hydraulics, carpentry, and masonry.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirementsApply knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage) with working knowledge of OSHA general industry electrical safety standards (Title 29)Apply working knowledge of NFPA 70 National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E electrical safety requirementsPerform electrical meter testingApply working knowledge of OSHA electrical Arc Flash requirementsApply understanding and working knowledge of PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and PLC troubleshootingComplete small welding projects as neededComplete special projects associated with buildings or grounds, including but not limited to moving furniture or fixtures and changing lightsComplete basic maintenance and repair needs to ensure timely resolution of all maintenance requestsPerform general building maintenance including light carpentry and painting, light plumbing, changing light bulbs, and repair of minor electrical devicesMaintain facility assets through scheduled preventative maintenance and repair activities, including roof inspections and repairsConduct concrete and asphalt paving inspections and repairsConduct concrete industrial wear-slab inspections and repairs, including joint cleaning, routing, and fillingConduct warehouse racking inspections and repairsConduct equipment inspections and repairsService and perform preventative maintenance on backup generatorsInspect and repair dock equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic pit or vertical dock levelers, manual or electric dock doors, manual, electric, or hydraulic truck restraints, and dock seals or sheltersLog time and materials daily into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in the form of work orders, preventative maintenance records, etc.Perform cold storage operator duties, including inspections and logsParticipate in the departmental on-call program, as designatedMaintain all tools and equipment in clean, safe, working orderAdhere to all safety requirements and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment as requiredRespond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safetyChampion overall safety within the departmentComply with OSHA and other local, state, and federal regulationsAdhere to organization and Facilities Department policies and procedures, including appropriate attire, grooming, and attendanceInteract effectively, build relationships, and demonstrate a high level of cooperationRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED4+ of industrial facility and maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experienceMust possess a valid state Driver's License and provide proof of liability coverage meeting Company standardsMust obtain forklift operator trainingAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulationsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsPreferred QualificationsFacility maintenance tech schoolFour-year degree in Facilities Maintenance or a Journeyman Trade LicenseExperience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech facilityCMMS, EMS, BAS, or BMS experienceElectrical Arc Flash trainingTrade Electrical I & II training in HVAC, Plumbing, and ElectricalcGMP and GDP experienceWork Environment & Physical RequirementsPrimarily Regularly required to talk or hearFrequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and climb or balanceOccasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlMust occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 poundsSpecific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusOccasionally exposed to wet, hot, extreme cold, and/or humid conditions, and moving mechanical parts; may be required to work in confined spacesOccasionally exposed to high, precarious places and confined spacesOccasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particlesNoise level in the work environment is usually moderateWorks non-traditional business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-callMay occasionally be required to travel to other Operating Companies or the corporate office as business needs dictateFeatured BenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401k with employer matchPaid Time OffEmployee Perks & DiscountsWhy Join ReviveRX?The best work happens when purpose meets opportunity.
