Position Overview PNC is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead within its Enterprise Data Analytics organization. The role will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, and will focus on developing test strategies, plans, and cases for data warehouses and decision‑support systems. Responsibilities Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life‑cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Coordinate test strategy, scripting, and defect resolution. Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to embed quality as a core focus early in the product lifecycle. Accountably maintain quality standards in the development, implementation, and upkeep of test scripts, and identify opportunities for automation. Develop meaningful management metrics to gauge project health and identify trends for continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant industry experience (university/college degree preferred). Strong knowledge of Hadoop, HQL/SQL, PySpark, RDBMS, AWS, and data warehouse testing. Experience with large‑scale enterprise data warehouse, data integration, data migration, and upgrade projects. Proficient with GIT, JIRA, and Jenkins. Good understanding of JSON, and API testing. Skills in analytical thinking, controls testing, corporate governance, quality assurance, software testing, test case development, usability testing, accuracy, influencing, process management, product and services, SDLC, QA & testing, and technical documentation management. Preferred: Certifications related to QA or testing (none required). Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered. Compensation Base salary range: $63,750.00 – $127,500.00 (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance. Location Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.
