Company paid STD, LTD, & life coverage are added complementary perks! Key Responsibilities Ensures each Guest receives perfect food, exceptional beverages, and tailored service. Hires team members who have the energy, passion and ability to deliver personalized, memorable experiences to guests. Ensures the Back of House controls and standards are adhered to at all times. Ensures the restaurant is spotlessly clean, safe & sanitary at all times. Interacts with all guests throughout each shift. Ensures the restaurant is set up accurately for every shift, and broken down accurately after every shift. Organizes, directs, validates, and follows up on training programs involving servers, hosts, and busser. Conducts pre‑shift meetings with both FOH and BOH team members on every shift. Conducts thorough and accurate line checks, correcting issues as they arise. Assists with placing orders. Plays a key role in ensuring budgets are exceeded. Follows correct processes and procedures for cash handling, processing checkouts, and safe drops. Performs a variety of administrative duties. Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking, hands‑on environment. Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all managers, hourly team members, and guests. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; four‑year degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience required.
