After-Hours Hospice RN: On-Call Care Specialist
Heartland Hospice
Heartland Hospice is seeking an After Hours / On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team, and you will document visits and coordinate with the daytime care team. This role requires an active RN license in the state of employment and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with CPR certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr Heartland Hospice
