Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to support the hotel's daily maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to repair requests, completing preventative maintenance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for general repairs and maintenance.
• Complete and document repair requests through the electronic work order system.
• Keep all guest room and public area preventative maintenance work up to date and on schedule.
• Follow all safety procedures and approved maintenance checklists.
• Ensure pool and spa areas comply with applicable health and safety codes.
• Report emergency, safety, or life-safety concerns to the immediate supervisor and General Manager.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations using information provided in Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS).
• Conduct full property walks at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.
• Identify, document, and address maintenance needs during property inspections.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and properly maintained throughout the shift.
• Complete other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance, hotel maintenance, or general repair experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of general repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and address routine maintenance issues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and health codes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
