What you’ll do Provide comprehensive primary and consultative care for adults 65+, with a focus on function, goals, and quality of life Lead care planning alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team Partner with families through transitions, complex decisions, and everything in between What you bring MD/DO with completion of an accredited Geriatric Medicine fellowship (or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with substantial geriatrics experience) Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Medicine Genuine enthusiasm for older adults and the people who love them #J-18808-Ljbffr Gallup Community Health
